Shrewsbury 5k Jul 2026

Join us for a series of graded fast 5k races at the cycle circuit at Shrewsbury Sports Village Sundorne Road Shrewsbury SY1 4RQ. 

Just over 5 laps of this flat, sheltered and well maintained traffic free course which will produce quick results.

There will be six races including three England v Wales Masters Internationals races.

• 1:30pm - Masters International (Men & Women 65+).
• 2:00pm - Open race (19 mins and beyond).
• 2:30pm - Masters International (Women)
• 3:00pm -  Sub 19 minute race.
• 3:30pm - Masters International (Men).
• 4:00pm - Sub 17 minute race

Race staged under UK Athletics rules with minimum age of 11 on race day.

We do not offer refunds or deferrals however you can transfer your place to another runner until midnight the night before the race.
